Suggestion:
Start running! Do about 30 minutes of cardio a day, 6 days a week. Then do Ab excercises. Don't do them everyday though. You should only do them every other day so that the muscles can rest and rebuild. This is really important to achieved a toned, sexy six pack. Also make sure you have a healthy low fat, low calorie diet. Eat lots of protein and stay away from sugars and alcohol. Best of luck!
