How much time do you need to get perfect six pack abs?

Abs are made in the kitchen.
Diet is the main thing, eat lean meats, stay away from fat, junk, fast food.
Cardio and proper exercise will do it.
Basic sit ups, crunches, decline situps, can get you a 6 pack with proper diet.
Also do not forget to do them push ups, what most people do not realize is that push ups are the best exercises for the core [abs and lower back]
