How Can a 13 Yr Old Get Some Pecs and Abs?
Hey guys im 13 and im 5 foot 6 and 117 lbs. definetely not fat. but i just want to get some toned abs and pecs. not like ripped but you know just noticable. what exercesis and how often do i do them? thanks and plz dont say that im too young to workout or whatever. also i play soccer everyday and run 2 miles every day. so i do get cardio for abs.
Suggestion:
planks bodysquats* push ups pullups covers everything youll need.
i would say do as many pullups as you can then go stright into body squats and do 50-100(or whatever your goal is) then pushups as many as you can then finish off with planks to really get the core burning.

The best thing I can recommend being a weight lifter for most of my adult life which is over 25 yrs. Is do a search for "legendary ABS" this workout starts off a little hard but as u get stronger it beats u down and hence your abs will look great. So do that for 6 weeks and then look at the mirror and u will be amazed at how good u look and how strong you have become. Good abs and good luck
