Suggestion:
well i'll give you the best way to lose fat from your belly but you have to be up to it because it's a little bit hard way but very effective and quick one.
it is a cardiovascular exercise done 3 times a week on an empty stomach in the following way:
1. four minutes jogging
2.twenty secs sprint followed by 10 secs rest to catch your breath..another 20 secs sprint followed by 10 secs rest ..this is done till you reach a total of 8 sprints. so the sum will be another 4 mins
3.four mins jogging again .
so the sum will be only 12 mins cardiovascularular but take care it is vigorous but u'll see results within the first week..
This is what you have to do concerning your cardiovascular …. but concerning your diet, here you are:
one eat 5 small meals a day
two decrease your carbohydrate and fat intake and increase your protein
three dont eat anything after 8 p.m except an apple or guava
four do the cardiovascular exercise i prescribed the first thing in the morning on an empty stomach three times a week
five do crunches nsit-upsups they are very effective in stimulating abdominal muscles
six which is very important: please decrease your meal size, your stomach will shrink consequently.
