How Long Would It Take for Me to Get Visivble Abs if I?

run a mile or two a day. do about 30 sit ups or crunches on the chair(id figure its like doin them on a excercise ball), then side 30 side crunches and a like 10 leg lifts twice a day. p.s i dont want ridiculous ripped abs, just visible

Hey :) I used to do like 100 crunches a day but just wasn't getting the results lol all I was getting was a bad back! I do these kinda weird exercises these days that work really well! I learnt them from this site:
