How to Get Slim Abs and Toned Arms in 2 Weeks or Less?

Ok so im pretty much skinny everywhere except my abs…I need your advice for getting sexy skinny abs and toned arms even though i dont have a lot of arm fat haha but pleasee help me…!

Suggestion:

honestly 2 weeks isn't enough time to put on serious muscle unless you're planning on taking anabolic steroids, which i strongly suggest you don't.

If you're already skinny you dont need to lose weight to have great abs, just work them out. Do crunches and leg lifts you'll have a washboard stomache in no time.

As for the arms, pushups and pullups will get some meat on your bones, and if you have dumbells do some bicep curls, hammer curls, john congdon curls etc
