I was wondering what is a good workout for me to follow?
Information about myself:
- 16 years old
- White/ Black African American
- 6'0ft – 6'1ft tall
- 185 lbs or so
- Fairly toned; not fat by any means
I would like to get toned abs…in the end, achieving a fully toned body.
What would be a good workout for me in order to achieve my goal(s)?
Please be detailed.

Suggestion:
Day 1
(3 sets/8 reps each)
For your back- seated rows, one arm rows
For your legs- one leg squats, step ups, hip flex band
Curls- straight bar, dumbbell
Day 2
(3 sets/8 reps each)
For your chest-benching, incline dumbell benching
Shoulders- Pulldowns (behind head), front raises, side raises
Tris- Pushdowns bar, push dwons rope
Now you do day1 on monday and thursday and day 2 on tuesday and friday and on wesenday you do nothing at all. Make she you give your muscles time to rest, because thats when your muscle get stronger. And for Abs you can do blankets or use a incline bench to do crunches on with a ball.You can also do agility ladder drills to. Im only 15 but i been doing workouts with my dad for awhile now. And every day i hear him talk about how to do this and that and make sure you dont do this. He kinda a maniac when it comes to lifting .And im sure you prolly dont know some of the stuff i listed but i will be glad to explian it more to you if your gonna take it seroiusly and maybe i could make a video of it to show you how to do it.
