Do not overstrain-
While you begin to do the workouts, keep in mind that it is not a one day process. Start from less and then move on to more strenuous workouts in order to let you body accept the changes and get used to the workout. This is a false belief that if you do more reps the muscle would grow bigger. You obviously need to do more but make it a point not to overstrain yourself as you may end p weakening your muscles.
