Vince Del Monte’s entered the health and fitness sphere due to his decade of involvement in triathlon events.
After leaving long distance running, Del Monte was a dripping wet 140lbs, studying body building he gained some 40lbs within a short period of time, and entered the Canadian Fitness Model quitting the triathlon scene he switched his attention and focus to the sport of bodybuilding, adding around 40lbs of lean mass to his physique over the last few years.
