No More Sweets for You..

Old wives tales have always told you that eating an apple a day will help to keep the doctors away but eating way too many sweets could make an adult turn to violence when he is older.

The study was used on kids in Cardiff and the research will surface in a few years time. The study was made in Cardiff University and they have been using local kids in the area to help.

The research has also indicated that vitamins and fruit are far more beneficial to kids of a young age efamol have proved to be excellent. But this is not a signal for you to go out there and buy silicea or anything, it is more an observation to see what could make your own child turn ‘naughty’ when he grows older. The findings raise concerns about common practice of giving children sweets as a way of stopping bad behaviour. A local online health store in Cardiff has reported record sales lately since the inquiry had been published and is expecting sales to only increase the more the news spreads that sweets could be even more damaging to your child as once thought. Researchers at the School of Dentistry examined the lives of 17,500 people who took part in the 1970 British Cohort study and found that 10 year olds who ate confectionery daily were significantly more likely to have serious conviction for violence by 34.

So how does this actually work? The more you give your child the more they will always get use to getting what they want which is never good. Not being able to turn away temptation will ultimately push them towards impulsive behaviour which can lead to violent behaviour. Not being able to defer gratification may push them towards more impulsive behaviour, which is strongly associated with delinquency and violence.
