But an average of at least 8 hours sleep is already deemed healthy.

Therefore, sleep is very significant to maintain our overall balance. Sleep has been proven to be precious for physical stability, mental alertness, and life longevity. As much as possible, we should not deprive ourselves of some real good slumber.
