The Challenge to Find the Best Way to Lose Weight

I have had a weight problem for at least 10 years, now. Ive come to the realization that the best way to lose weight makes the most sense, and most of us arent utilizing it. What is this novel dieting idea? Eating less.

I seem to get hungry during the night. Different people have their major hunger issues at different times of the day.

The night is my time. I can go without breakfast, and not eat until long after lunch time, then eat a bite. But come early evening, Im ready to eat a horse!

But, by that time Im too tired to cook, or its too late, that Im not up to all the effort in it. So I usually end up ordering out.Then, Im ready for bed shortly thereafter. Which inevitably keeps me gaining weight.

There has to be a better dietary regimen. In addition to my bad eating habits, I have an issue regarding constipation. Ive seen my doctor, and I have a clean bill of health, no heath problems at all, really. Im about 60 lbs overweight, and I have a slow digestive system. I understand that lucky not to have any problems health-wise.

So what do I need to begin doing? I really want to lose some weight, I cannot fit into my clothes, and I am uncomfortable in the way I look. I wear the majority of my weight in my belly, so it is obvious that Im overweight. Accordingly, I have been really looking the best way to lose weight for me is, what Id like to tell you about it.

In the morning, I will blend a fruit smoothie, a banana, some fresh strawberries, with. I like the one that helps with pro-biotic, as it helps me have regular movements.

I add ice and some pure apple juice, and I feel satisfied for hours. When lunch time comes, I will eat something light. Maybe a salad with maybe some tuna or chicken in it. I really like fish, and there are really good fish burgers that you can prepare the night before, then slice them up and put them in your salad.

You can prepare chicken in advance too! Just grill em up. I prefer to marinate them first, for flavor, and eat them for lunch the next day with salad. When dinner time comes around, Im not starving! So there is no need for me to eat unhealthy, nor nearly as much.

Ill make my favorite vegetables, with fish or chicken, preferably with fish. I cant get enough of fish, I was raised on it! I like to steam fish over brown rice, they go together so nicely, add a bit of non-fat butter on the top, and thats a meal. Eating earlier is really making a big difference too.

What I notice is making a big difference is exercising. A nice slow paced walk with my husband on the beach has been a easy way to begin.

Finding the best way to lose weight has been such a chore for me, and now that I have started walking and eating less, and eating healthier, I really am beginning to feel healthier and see the effects on my body.
