Tom Venuto – Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle.

In doing my research the name Tom Venuto kept coming up as a knowledgeable person in the weight loss industry.  He had a book called Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle and with a title like that it warranted a closer look.

There are a lot of so-called weight loss experts, but many have no idea how to properly teach people how to burn the fat.

I found that he was actually a well-known fat loss coach and an experienced bodybuilder. While I’m not sure how well educated or trained he is as a personal fitness instructor, pictures of him are strong evidence of his commitment to physical fitness and health.

That impressed me as an example of actually doing and not just talking.

There’s lots of buzz and talk in the marketplace and most of it’s good suggesting people are getting the results it promises. Surely you have seen the television commercials that show people in before and after images that either prove the exercise, workout, or diet causes weight loss or they prove that the media exaggerates the results.

I am always of a doubting nature. Once what I look at proves itself after my thorough research I see whether it is followed by others also successfully. Then only it becomes true to me.

It is common knowledge that there is a lot of exaggeration and deception in the area of health and weight loss. Do not be fooled by the hundreds of pills and special ways to lose weight. Many of these hoaxes claim to help you lose 10 pounds in 24 hours.

I’m sure you’re saying rational person and so you know these claims are ridiculous and there’s no way you’d get shredded abs or peel 20 pounds of fat off your midsection by doing nothing. It’s going to require some kind of change if you going to get different results.

It requires some workout exercises and energy or altering your eating plan to get healthier, more nutrient dense, and lower calorie foods your body can easily burn off.

Burn the fat product is wonderful. It works well. It is not impossible, nor is it a miracle, but  a statement of fact. Tom has done solid research on the topic. He has been using it and his customers have used it successfully.

Here’s a couple of people’s posts I found which went a ways to convincing me it was at least worth a test to see if it would work for me.

When I started Tom’s Burn The Fat diet program in January, I weighed 317 pounds. As of Dec. 1st, I weigh 226 lbs. 91 pounds of fat gone forever is a pretty cool thing! And by the way… I turned 40 this year, so if anyone out there is thinking that you are “too old” – think again.

I started the program at 254 lbs and 36% body fat. I am now down to 214 lbs and 22% bodyfat, so I have lost 44 lbs of fat and gained 5 lbs of lean body mass. “

As with most courses of action, plenty of diet and workout programs are effective for certain people in certain situations; this, in and of itself, isn’t very meaningful.

But is there one which has universal proof of working?

I don’t think so and that’s why testing out for yourself is the only way to know for sure.

Put Tom Venuto weight loss to work for you.
