What Do You Do to Get Toned Abs?

i dont want like an extreme 6 pack just toned abs and i have been eating healthy and doing a lot of crunches and sit ups for a long time but i cant see a difference

what do i do?

Suggestion:

I play soccer and one really good workout that works your stomach arms and shoulders

you need some kind of ball for this (soccer ball volleyball etc.)

first off get into a push up position and place the ball in front of your face,
instead of doing regular push ups you out both hands onto the ball
get into a rhythm of moving your hands off and onto the ball like this:
one hand on next hand on one hand off next hand off
its a really good workout. :)
