What is the Most Efficient Way to Get Abs?

Its April, 27 today (I know I didn't have to tell you that :) and im a perfect weight and size. I weigh 133 Ib and im 15 and 5-10. My ribs show a little so I thought why not get washboard abs to get rid of it or at least make it non noticeable also I want them :P So I told you today's date because I need abs by June, 4 because that is the weekend after memorial day which means all public water pool place are open. So I don't want quick abs that might look like crap. I want perfect even abs in one month and 8 days. I only eat organic and natural stuff so don't talk about dieting lol. Only good ab workout routines.

Suggestion:

You should do 10 sit-ups in the morning and 10 sit-ups at night everyday. It works because my friend does that and he's getting a six pack.

Abs are achieved by having a low body fat %. So you can eat organic and natural but still not have abs unless you are eating the right organic and natural foods to get a low body %. Focus on eating lean protein and vegetables at every meal. Have 1-2oz of nuts for a snack and fruit such as berries for sugar cravings. Eliminate anything that has white flour or sugar in it and all pre-packaged food (exluding contiments such as mustard, hot sauce, balsamic vinegar, essential oils -coconut or olive oil).
