Whey Protein the King of All Protein

Considering that protein is the main component of skin, muscle, hair, and nails, it becomes pretty self-evident why getting enough protein in our daily diet is so important. * Casein is digested at a slow rate thus helping to regulate (slow down) transit time of other proteins through the intestinal tract.
