Suggestion:
Well, it's sort of hard to get completely ripped abs. I could take 3 months, it could take 6 months, hell maybe even a year. One of the main things you need to do is diet correctly that means hardly no greasy fast food (you might be able to get away with it at least once a week). Then you need to do lots of ab work outs along with proper diet, such as sit-ups, leg lifts, crunches, and all that jazz. Either way, you if you don't have proper diets you most likely won't get completely ripped abs. I recommend looking up some good diet and workout plans for that designated purpose..

well if you are african american as your photo illudes it will be simpler for you than most. you need to do leg lifts from the laying on your back posistion also if you have the big yoga balls get a weight and sit on the ball and do sit ups rolling back and forth if you can feel it activating the muscles you want to rip keep doing it. also dont forget about the side to side when your on the ball the obliques are an important part of sexy ripped abs son VERy important. also stop eating fried sh it
